How To Post a Comment

Hey everyone! Some of you have asked how exactly to post a comment on one of our blogs. So here's how:

1. Find a post that you want to comment on. (For example, OMG! A Barbie Blog!)
2. Click on a post title that you want to comment on and scroll to the bottom of the post.
3. You'll see the Post A Comment section. Type in your comment.
4. When you're done doing that there is a "Comment As:" section. The easiest way to do this is just to choose Name/URL. 
5. Type in your FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME INITIAL in the "Name" section. Then click Publish.
6. Ta-Da! You're done and your post will be published on the blog after it is verified by a Staff member (for bad language, etc.)
7. Come to the library and get your piece of candy for commenting!!

Congratulations Barbie Club!!

Congrats to all of our Barbie fans out there! Your blog has officially hit 1,000 views! Be proud and keep spreading the word :) Our next meeting is on Monday, October 14 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Can't wait to see you there!

What's Happening at the Next Meeting??

Next Monday, Oct. 7th, we'll be chilling out with our Barbie friends for a movie! Last week we made cards and showed our support for one of our Barbie Moms. We hope you get well soon, Ms. Kim! Join us for our movie night and, if you weren't here at the last meeting, make a card for Ms. Kim :)

Scooby Doo Mystery Halloween Party

Looking forward to October? So are we!! And this year our Halloween Party is all about Scooby and the Gang! So here's the deets, peeps!

Where: Tifton-Tift County Public Library

When: Thursday, October 31st, 2013

Time: 5:00-6:00 p.m.

There will be games, food, crafts, a photo booth, and fun! This event, as always, is FREE, FAMILY-FRIENDLY, and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!! Come in your favorite character's costume! Hope to see you there!

That's right! We made our very own commercial to show everyone how fun the Barbie Club is! For anyone just tuning in, the Barbie Club meets every Monday from 4:00-5:00 p.m. We do everything from watch Barbie movies to having tea parties. It's fun, free, and there's even extra Barbies in case someone doesn't bring their own. Come and join now! Hope to see you there!

The Barbies Had A TEA PARTY!!

At the latest Barbie Club meeting last night, we had a Barbie Princess Tea Party!! Everyone had a blast eating grapes, strawberries and whipped cream, and tons of cookies and drinking yummy punch (that's our kind of tea)! Check out the pictures!

Did I mention that we also had some serious bling?? The President of the Barbie Club and her parents were kind enough to bring feather boas, satin gloves, rings, necklaces, bracelets, and tiaras for her fellow princesses (and princes!).

That's right! Our Princess Tea Party got seriously crashed by some princes who wanted some cookies! But they were good sports and donned tiaras and rings like the rest of us. :)

Edward even found a Barbie that looked like him!

In the end there was a great time had by all and everyone left happy, blinged out, and with the simple rules of being a princess!
